The worst thing that can happen is that we end up simply giving you a little free advice. If we’re unable to make you an offer for any reason, we’ll be sure to explain why.
- Sale Once you agree the offer we have made, we will appoint an independent solicitor to act for you. If you already have a solicitor you would prefer to use, that’s fine. Either way, we’ll cover their costs. Once your solicitor is appointed, you can sit back and relax. We will ‘exchange’ and ‘complete’ on your property as quickly as you need us to but, in principle, the proceeds should be in your account within seven days.
